Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Digital Innovative Agency FZ-LLC, Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates (licence no. 17002246) ("we", "us"), for the use of RQM Jobs on the web and in the Android app. By creating an account or using RQM Jobs you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. What RQM Jobs is — and is not

RQM Jobs is a job board and application assistant. It helps jobseekers build profiles and CVs, find jobs and apply, and helps employers post jobs and manage candidates. RQM Jobs is not a recruitment agency. We do not act on behalf of any employer or candidate in hiring decisions, we do not charge jobseekers for jobs, and we do not handle visas, work permits or employment contracts.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• Give accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Employers must be authorised to act for the company they register and to post its jobs.

3. Free service and ads

All features of RQM Jobs are free for jobseekers and employers. The service is funded by advertising. Some AI features have a fair-use daily limit; you may earn extra uses, for example by watching a rewarded ad in the app.

4. Optional ad-free subscription

• The ad-free subscription costs AED 29 per month (or the local equivalent shown at checkout).
• It removes ads only. It does not give any ranking, visibility, matching or hiring advantage, and it does not unlock extra features.
• It renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time: in Google Play (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) for app purchases, or via Manage subscription in Settings on the web for web purchases. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled under the policies of Google Play or Stripe, as applicable, and applicable law.

5. Applications and automation

• For jobs posted on RQM Jobs, you may switch on auto-apply rules. By giving consent, you authorise us to submit applications in your name to matching jobs posted on RQM Jobs, using only the profile facts you confirmed. You can pause at any time.
• For jobs found on other websites, we prepare your documents and you complete the submission yourself.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and documents. Review AI-generated content before using it.

6. No guarantees

We do not guarantee any job, interview, offer, response, salary or visa. Match scores are estimates. Employers make their own hiring decisions and are solely responsible for them and for their job posts. We do not guarantee that any job listing, particularly one from another website, is accurate, current or still open.

7. Employer responsibilities

• Post only genuine, lawful vacancies that you are authorised to fill, with accurate details.
• Comply with UAE labour and anti-discrimination law and the Personal Data Protection Law when handling candidate data.
• Use candidate data only to recruit for your company's genuine vacancies, and keep it secure.
• Never charge candidates any fee for applying, interviewing, being hired, training, visas or equipment.

8. Prohibited uses

You must not:

• post fake, misleading or non-existent jobs, or impersonate a company or person;
• charge candidates fees of any kind, or ask for payments, deposits or personal financial details;
• run scams, pyramid schemes, or collect personal data under false pretences;
• recruit domestic workers through RQM Jobs (domestic worker recruitment is only permitted through licensed channels in the UAE);
• scrape, crawl, bulk-download or harvest data from RQM Jobs, or use it to build a competing database;
• upload malware, attempt to bypass security or rate limits, or interfere with the service;
• post discriminatory, abusive, sexual or unlawful content;
• use another person's CV or data without their permission.

We may remove content, suspend or close accounts, and report to authorities where we reasonably believe these terms or the law were broken. Please report suspicious jobs or companies in the app or to support@rqmbooks.com.

9. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You give us a licence to host, process and display it only as needed to run the service — for example to generate your CV or deliver your application. See the Privacy Policy for how we protect it.

10. Our service

We provide RQM Jobs "as is" and may change, suspend or discontinue features, including pausing automation for safety reasons. The RQM Jobs name, logo and software belong to us.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for employer or candidate conduct, or for loss of opportunity. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or AED 100 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time — see Delete account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. Disputes are subject to the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

تُشكّل هذه الشروط اتفاقًا بينك وبين شركة Digital Innovative Agency FZ-LLC، منطقة رأس الخيمة الاقتصادية (راكز)، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، بشأن استخدام RQM Jobs.

• طبيعة الخدمة: RQM Jobs لوحة وظائف ومساعد تقديم، وليس وكالة توظيف. لا نتقاضى أي رسوم من الباحثين عن عمل مقابل الوظائف، ولا نتولى التأشيرات أو تصاريح العمل.
• خدمة مجانية: جميع الميزات مجانية وتُموَّل من الإعلانات، مع حدّ يومي عادل لاستخدام ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي.
• الاشتراك بدون إعلانات (اختياري): 29 درهمًا شهريًا، يتجدّد تلقائيًا، ويمكن إلغاؤه في أي وقت من Google Play أو من خيار "إدارة الاشتراك" في إعدادات الويب. يزيل الإعلانات فقط ولا يمنح أي أفضلية في الترتيب أو التوظيف.
• التقديم التلقائي: يعمل فقط بموافقتك الصريحة، وللوظائف المنشورة على RQM Jobs فقط، وباستخدام معلوماتك المؤكَّدة فقط، ويمكنك إيقافه في أي وقت.
• لا ضمانات: لا نضمن وظيفة أو مقابلة أو عرضًا أو تأشيرة. يتخذ أصحاب العمل قرارات التوظيف بأنفسهم ويتحمّلون مسؤوليتها.
• الاستخدامات المحظورة: نشر وظائف وهمية، أو تحصيل أي رسوم من المرشحين، أو الاحتيال، أو استقدام العمالة المساعدة (العمالة المنزلية)، أو استخراج البيانات آليًا (الكشط)، أو انتحال الشخصية، أو نشر محتوى تمييزي أو غير قانوني.
• القانون الواجب التطبيق: قوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة كما تُطبَّق في إمارة رأس الخيمة.
