What is automatic, and what is assisted

We want you to know exactly what RQM Jobs does on your behalf.

Automatic (only if you choose): applications to jobs posted on RQM Jobs are submitted automatically if you set auto-apply rules and give your consent. Only your confirmed profile facts are used, there is a daily limit, and you can pause at any time.

Assisted: for jobs on other sites, we prepare your tailored CV and cover letter and you finish the submission in one tap — by opening the employer's page or a pre-filled email. We never submit to other websites in your name.

We never promise interviews or jobs. Employers make their own hiring decisions.

Is RQM Jobs really free?

Yes. Every feature is free for jobseekers and employers. The service is funded by ads. If you prefer, you can remove ads for AED 29 per month. Paying does not improve your ranking or your chances of being hired.

Will you apply to jobs for me automatically?

Only for jobs posted directly on RQM Jobs, and only if you switch on auto-apply rules and tick the consent box. For jobs on other websites, we prepare your tailored CV and cover letter, and you complete the submission yourself in one tap.

Who can see my CV?

Employers you apply to. If you choose to be discoverable, verified employers searching the candidate pool can see your profile, but your email and phone number are shared only when you accept their invitation. We never sell your CV and never use it for ad targeting.

Can you guarantee a job, an interview or a visa?

No. Nobody can honestly guarantee that. Employers make their own decisions. RQM Jobs is not a recruitment agency and does not handle visas or work permits.

How do employers get verified?

Add your company's trade licence number in the employer area. Our team reviews it. Verified companies get a badge and can search the shared candidate pool.

How do I delete my account?

In the app go to Profile → Account → Delete account, or on the web go to Settings. You can also email support@rqmbooks.com. See how account deletion works.

Someone asked me to pay for a job. What should I do?

Do not pay. Employers on RQM Jobs are not allowed to charge candidates. Please report the job or company in the app, or email support@rqmbooks.com.
